Overview
OnlyUp is a Solana-only memecoin trading terminal operated by the DevFlare studio (“we,” “us,” or “OnlyUp”). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you:
- visit https://onlyup.trade (including the waitlist)
- use the gated terminal at
/app - use the sideloaded Android APK distributed at trade.onlyup.app (not a Google Play Store listing)
- contact us by email or join related community channels

What OnlyUp is (and is not)
OnlyUp helps you follow Solana memecoin markets (including pump.fun-style lifecycle views such as new, almost bonded, and migrated tokens) with tools such as pulse, tape, wallets, and PnL views.
OnlyUp does not offer perpetuals, rewards programs, or non-Solana chains (no BNB/ETH trading products). OnlyUp does not custody your funds or hold your seed phrases.
Information we collect
Waitlist and contact
When you join the waitlist or message us, we may collect:
- email address
- phone number
- message content and related support correspondence
Waitlist and admin tooling may show these details to operators (with blurring/redaction where implemented). They are used to manage access, communicate about the product, and provide support.
Account and product use
Depending on how you access OnlyUp, we may process:
- technical logs — IP address, device/app version, browser or OS hints, timestamps, and rough usage events needed to run and secure the service
- wallet public addresses you connect or use inside the product (on-chain activity related to those addresses is public on Solana)
- preferences and local app state stored on your device
Trading wallets (important)
OnlyUp can help you use client-generated, encrypted trading wallets. Those wallets are designed so that:
- keys are generated and encrypted on your device / in the client
- wallets are exportable by you
- we do not take custody of your assets
- we do not receive or store your seed phrase in a recoverable “we can move your funds” form
Deposit wallets such as Phantom, Solflare, or Backpack are used only for deposits you approve in those wallets. They do not skip confirmation screens and do not extract seeds.
On-chain transactions you sign are broadcast to Solana and are public by nature of the network.
Payments / subscriptions
OnlyUp does not currently sell a paid subscription on the waitlist site. If that changes, we will update this policy and the relevant checkout flow.
Cookies and similar technologies
See our Cookie Notice. In short: we use essential storage only unless this notice is updated. We do not intentionally run advertising cookies on the waitlist site at this time.
How we use information
We use information to:
- operate the waitlist, terminal, and APK distribution
- communicate with you about access, updates, and support
- secure the service, prevent abuse, and debug issues
- comply with law and enforce our Terms
We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
We share information only as needed with:
- infrastructure providers (for example hosting, email routing, CDN) that help us run OnlyUp
- advisors or authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety
- a successor if the product or studio is transferred

Retention
We keep waitlist and support records as long as needed to operate OnlyUp and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize when no longer needed.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to a software product that interacts with crypto wallets. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure. You are responsible for protecting your devices, exports, and seed phrases.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of waitlist/contact information by emailing support@onlyup.trade. We will respond as required by applicable law. Note that public blockchain data cannot be deleted by us.
Children
OnlyUp is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
International visitors
We operate from the United States. Information you provide may be processed in the U.S.
Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
